cfschedule error in MX 10

Update 9, 10, 11 have not been run.

Following is the error:

java.lang.String cannot be cast to coldfusion.runtime.Scope The specific sequence of files included or processed is: path removed, line: 100

Pretty simple and straightforward attempt to insert:

<cfschedule action="update" operation="httprequest" startdate="07/10/13" starttime="1:38 PM" url="path removed" interval="once" task="TEST1">

Any ideas?
